                                 History sheet is necessary for all computer peripherals for the value of 5000 and above.It is the SPM duty to make necessary entries in history sheet then and there.This history sheet will help us at the time of condemnation.While making history sheet any doubts kindly contact System Admins.Just copy the history sheet paste in MS WORD and take print out.
