of the monthly meeting with NFPE P3 Union, Dharmapuri Divisional Branch held
on 29.10.14 at 1500 hours at Divisional Office, Dharmapuri
636701 for the months of August,
September and October 2014.

New subjects.
97. Providing Local AMC
for Computer peripherals.
There
is no AMC for computer peripherals from April 2014.If any problem in System or
in printers , the day to day work is very much delayed and causing more inconvenience to the staffs and
the public . It is requested to arrange Local AMC for Computers and Printers to
function the offices smoothly.
Reply.;-
The AMC proposal was submitted to RO on
06.06.14. RO instructed to submit
revised proposal other than HCL. As there is no suitable alternate vendor available. Hence the present arrangement may continue
as per call basis as and when required.

Union Note:
We look if any vendor is willing to give local AMC .Untill if any
problem in printer kindly give it to anybody from your office to HO\DO.Our Spos
gave permission for conveyance(bus fare) for printer and the official.
98. Shifting of B.Agraharam Sub Office into a better building .
B.Agraharam
sub office building is in bad
condition moreover it is in tiles building .There is no provision for
natural calls also and the subject is still pending for a very long time.So it may be kindly
take immediate effort to shift the office to a better
concrete
building .
Reply.;-
IP/SPM was directed
to secure an alternate building to house the PO.
But no offer has been
received.
Union Note:
The SPM is requested to see
a better building and send the willingness letter to divisional office.
99. Shifting of Bommidi sub offices into a
better building .
Bommidi sub office
building in damage condition and the cement in the concrete is often fell down from the
top.The building will be collapse
at any time so it may be kindly
shift the building into better concrete building.
Reply.;- Shifting proposal in respect of offer
preferred by Sri. Nool Khadar submitted to RO. During the meeting of
FRAC, it is ascertained that the
building already let out to some other one. Hence again the IP/SPM has been directed to secure an alternate
building and no offer has been received
so far.
Union Note:
The SPM is requested to see
a better building and send the willingness letter to divisional office.
100. Changing of split hour working Offices to Continuous working
hour offices.
It is requested to kindly change all Sub Offices working
hours as continuous working hour Offices from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs.
Reply.;- Working hours fixed to PO
on basis of receipt of mails. At present out of
30 SOs, 18 officers are already working in continuous working hours. For other offices based on availability
of MMS, case will be examined. ( Item closed)
Union Note:
Initially we expect atleast 6 offices timings will be changed.
101. Separate room for union Office at Dharampuri HO premises.
One separate Room may be kindly be
allotted at Dharmapuri HO for
execution of Union
at Divisional level so as to facilitate our services to our union members in a right way.

withdraw the demand now.
102. Filling of MTS Post in Harur SO.
MTS Post at Harur SO may be posted to
avoid delay in mailings and regular
office works.

Proposal for filling up of the post of GDS
Packer, Harur has been submitted to RO on 23.09.14 ( Item closed)
Union Note:
Already two officials
are working now.One Gr.D.and one packer.
103. Supply of Computer Chairs
It
is requested to provide computer chairs to Dharmapuri HO, Harur SO, Bommidi SO and Tirtamalai SO and to
needy offices.It is also requested to
give permission to repair the chairs which are in bad condition.

After receipt of requisition from the SPMs, it
will be pursued.

The SPM are requested to send the requisition
letter for repairing and purchasing of new chairs.
104. Registration of Site available at Harur.
The
land given by Tamilnadu State Government for the construction of Harur SO (HSG II) may be registered at
once and steps may be taken for
constructing building also.
Reply.;- Till date no site is allotted to DOP. However,
IP, Haur sub division has been directed
to contact the revenue authorities to ascertain the present situation. Reply is awaited.

We will wait for the allotment for the new
site. After allotment of site we request
the SPOs to register the site at the
earliest.
105. Supply of Mother Board.
Permission
may be approved for purchasing Motherboard at Dharmapuri Head Post Office.

The quotations and
report from the PM, Dharmapuri HO are yet to be
received.
Union Note:
We sent the quotation to divisional office.
we expect the favorable orders.
106. Grant of Leave.
All
nature of leaves may be granted instantly by providing appropriate arrangements.

As and when request
received from officials, leave was granted.

SPos assured to grant leave to everybody.
107. Keeping Excess Staff at Divisional office
Divisional Office the staff strength
may be utilized as per sanctioned strength and excess staff may be reduced who are
working in the name of deputation. In our division
shortage of 30 PAs are in existence and while the operative
offices are suffering like
anything, overflowing of staff at divisional office is causing such a concern
among the employees. It is kindly requested to distribute the shortage of staff
evenly to all offices mainly at
the divisional office also.
Reply.;-There
is no excess staff at DO. Staff for RPLI/BD/Tech branches are utlised as there is no separate norms fixed.

SPos replied that within one month
the staff strength at divisional office
will be examined and necessary action will be taken.
108. Divert the deputation PA from Dharmapuri
divisional office to
Collectrate SO.
Dharmapuri
Collectrate SO is a ‘A’ class office and only Two PAs are only working now . It consist of one Postman
and four GDS officials it is a heavy office in all aspects . It is requested to
divert the Dharmapuri collectrate PA from divisional office to smooth
functioning of the office.
Reply.;-Based on administrative grounds, PA of
Dharmapuri Collectorate is utilised at
DO.
